Elara Whitcombe
Co-Founder · Scheduling ArchitectureElara spent a decade designing workflows for creative agencies across Auckland and Wellington before spotting a gap: every system optimised for output, none for recovery. She co-founded Vivyskeleton to close that gap with frameworks grounded in real-world scheduling — not wellness buzzwords.
Based in Whangārei, she leads the structural design of planning cycles and focus block methodology. Every client session runs through her review.
Marcus Te Awa
Co-Founder · Digital ExperienceMarcus brings interface design and editorial layout experience to the digital side of the practice. His view is simple: a planning tool should feel calm, not demanding. He shapes how clients interact with their weekly rhythms — clarity over feature overload.
He oversees the visual language and client journey across all Vivyskeleton touchpoints, from templates to workshop materials.

How It Started
The studio began in 2022 at 12 Pahau Avenue, Tikipunga — a modest space where Elara and Marcus prototyped their first weekly cycle templates. What started as an experiment among colleagues became a service used by freelancers and small teams across Aotearoa.
We stay deliberately lean. That means you get genuine expertise, not a sales funnel disguised as a planning tool.
